Zach is the owner and sole appraiser at Wulf Appraisal. He has been appraising properties in the Central Valley since 2021. He enjoys going out to the various communities in the area and experiencing everything they have to offer. Seeing the varied properties, environments, lifestyles, cultures, people, and their pets are definitely the best parts of the job.
He is a retired veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard, has a bachelor’s degree from Columbia College of Missouri, and MBA from the University of Redlands. Zach was born and raised in Ohio, but has also lived in/stationed in Southern Louisiana, Puerto Rico, and Southern California. He uses this array of life experiences and knowledge to translate into a unique approach to understand properties and people of ALL types. This helps in formulating the most accurate appraisal and truly understanding your property’s uniqueness.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, wood working, traveling to anywhere he has never been, and splashing about in the pool.
